Paul Loomis
Paul Loomis is an attorney focusing his practice on construction litigation, personal injury law, commercial torts, insurance law, and employment law. A Napa native, Mr. Loomis has maintained strong ties to the region as a member of the Napa County Bar Association. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Los Angeles Law School, and his Bachelor's of Arts from Humboldt State University and the University of California at Santa Barbara. He was admitted to the California bar in 1983.
